Poetry by Missy Davis
I have been married for 18 years and I was told that I could never have children, My faith in God gave me assurance that I would be a mother. My daughter will soon be 11 years old and this is how I see her. She is the greatest happiness in my life and I thank God daily for this gift that he chose me for and it is to be her mother.
Jenny is the sister that I begged my mother for daily. We are both grown now and I need her as much now as I did then. I nicknamed her wren when she was little. The poem stands true she is forever my Jenny Wren and my friend
I am forever an animal lover, more so a dog lover. This is a question many times I have heard asked by children, so as I may not be able to answer that question for certain I did write a poem in hopes that children will enjoy the comfort in the possibility that maybe there will be animals in heaven.
