I Am Thinking

Justine Rosales
I am thinking,
I wonder how long she will live,
I hear her heart beat,
I see her cry,
I want for her to never die.
I am thinking ,
I am thinking
I pretend to be happy,
but inside, I really feel sad,
I touch her hand,
I worry is she OK?
I ask myself, does she remember me?
I am thinking
I am thinking.
I understand no matter what she will die,
I believe that she's OK even though inside I know she's not,
I dream for her to say alive,
I trust the hospital to keep her here with us,
I hope I can see her again.
I am thinking.
