When life is difficult you may be tempted to withdraw into yourself. Don't. This is the time when you need friends the most. If a friendship is causing you difficulty you may need to take some time for yourself to assess where the friendship is going. If you decide that the friendship has a future, go back and try to bring healing to the relationship.
