come to rest
sit with me
in this dim beer garden
tell me something
hear me speak
tend to us
for just a little while
our conversation
need not be subdued
and sober
i'm content
with frolicsome discussion
just to know
i am worthy of you time
and interest
on this lazy
afternoon
