I'm 20 yrs old an I love to write both songs an poems. I like to write about things that people can relate to. Real life situations that occur in one life or another. This poem is about a person who's frustrated with someone, and is upset with all the games that are being played. I wrote this poem from the heart and meant every word of it.
Starry Nights

Buried underneath
These lies you tell
These games you play
I lie awake
Suffocate
Staring up at a sky that's grey
Play dumb
Bite my tongue an play along
Humming to your every word
Like the tune to my favorite song
Well the time is today
For these clouds to fade
Get everything out in the open
An to end this charade
While in the meantime
Holding back what I want to say
Heading down the same road
Feeling the same way
About to explode
Letting it all build up
Not saying a word
Just glazing up at the stars
Wishing you'll get what you deserve
