Short Poem

If you are a Vet
You might be in debt,

Times were hard and it made you sweat
Like dodging death and getting all wet,

We all carried our duties, I drove a H.E.T.
Our guns were up and we were all set,

We prayed and wondered if we were there yet
But the Lord had us in his "net",

You never know what you're going to get
