The time has been too short-
the memories so dear.

Our pride for all you have become
was built with love each year.

Once a little boy entrusted to our care,
we give you now to the world to share.

Our joy has been to watch you grow,
to become the man that we now know.

Take all that you have learned,
through struggles fought and won.

We gave you what we could,
our beloved, precious son.
