This Poem is dedicated to my beloved sister Crystal L. Holmes
Death is a horrible thing
It makes me feel like I'm going insane
Death will hurt you so bad and make
You feel really sad
Death will take your loved ones
At the blink of an eye
And make you also want to die
My one and only sister was killed
And that was not a thrill
Sometimes I feel so weak and helpless
I don’t what I’m supposed to do
I'll put my life in god's hands
And lay down on the sand
And 'I'll say take my soul, take my soul
So all the sadness can go away
But one day, I hope to see my sister Crystal again
And then all this sadness will end.
Death is a horrible thing
It makes me feel like I'm going insane
Death will hurt you so bad and make
You feel really sad
Death will take your loved ones
At the blink of an eye
And make you also want to die
My one and only sister was killed
And that was not a thrill
Sometimes I feel so weak and helpless
I don’t what I’m supposed to do
I'll put my life in god's hands
And lay down on the sand
And 'I'll say take my soul, take my soul
So all the sadness can go away
But one day, I hope to see my sister Crystal again
And then all this sadness will end.
