Save Me

You can't stop it
I'm going to die
Too young
Too wise
No freedom
No speech
Without life
Without love
My family
My friends
Hear me cry
Maybe I will make it through this
But maybe I won't
Save me
I don't want to die
I'm too young
Save me
Before your too late!

I have cancer... I don't know how long I have left. Could be two years.. could be eighty.... I don't want to die....I'm 27 and have two children and a significant other. It's hard thinking of how life will go on once your gone....will my babies be ok... will my daughter really know where she came from.... why she walks on her toes...(she learned it from me) will my son be traumatized..... How do you begin to try to make the best of the time you have left. Every day every second it is on your mind.
