Where The Street Ends

My best friend of 11 years has told me time and time again he is in love with me. I love him too but am so scared to lose him if things don't work. We are both single parents, and our kids would be happy if we were together. All I have to say is take the leap. True love is like a train. Many may come by, but only one is the right destination. Miss it and you may never get to where you are meant to be. I am taking the leap and may be scared, but it is worth the fear to truly be happy.

I have known my friend Jasmine for two years and I just started having feelings for her and when I told her she said she likes me as well but she isn't ready for a relationship because she is afraid that I'll break her heart and she will lose me as friend. After she told me this she kept asking me was I okay and told her that I will wait for her and that I will wait for her and that I wouldn't even dream of breaking her heart.

Well I am in love with my best friend and he has been hurt to many times and he wants me and I want him but he's scared I will hurt him and not only will he lose his girl he will lose a friend, and well I love this poem because it explains how I feel and how I want him to feel. I intend to send this to him and hopefully he will look into my eyes and realize I am totally in love with him.
