Friends Are A Gift From God

This poem is to all of my great friends who have been a major blessing in my life. They have been there for me to help me through many hard times. They are truly a gift of God.

You can lean on them when you are weak,
And carry them when you are strong.
They are always there beside you,
Even when you are wrong.

They're always there for you,
Even when you're not for them.
Through the hard and not-so-hard times,
Their love will never dim.

It gets stronger and stronger,
Until it seems it may burst,
But it never does and never will,
Even at your worst.

Friends will always be there for you.
So hold them close, for they are rare.
