Since I Met You Poem

This is the first poem I have written. This poem means a lot to me because it's my first one about my boyfriend. I wrote it for him to let him know how much he means to me. It'll be two years in September, and I love him to the moon and back, to infinity and beyond, forever and ever.

From the day I met you,
I never knew our love would be so pure and true.
Every time I see you, you make my heart skip a beat.
Since the day we got together, I have felt so complete.
You light up my world like a shining star.
I know that what we have will go very far.
Sometimes the things that we say are so wrong,
But I know that our love will always stay so strong.

You are my one and only,
My best friend,
My sweetheart,
And my true love.
No matter what we go through,
We know we are always there for each other.
When I think of you, I feel a glow,
Deep inside my heart, forever and ever.
We shall never be apart.

I think you should, heartbreak is terrible, but you should not deprive yourself from being happy in love. You deserve that no matter what you've been through, everyone does.

I love my boyfriend. He is the best thing that's ever happened. He loves me, and I love him, and he's getting me a promise ring.

Her blue eyes twinkled and I knew.
She loved me and it was deep so true.
The kiss led me away to some faraway place,
My heart starting singing when I touched her sweet face.
