Children Poem
Sometimes all we hear from people are negative statements and impatiens but there is one who is not…
Often Time I Ask Myself

Often time I ask myself
© Andrés Diaz Marrero,2007
Many times I ask myself,
Often times, more than four.
Why bigger people
Always says, "don't"?
"Don't run, you may fall.
Don't speak loud, please stop!
Don't touch it, you may break it...
Don't do this or that, just don't!"
Why so great on anger?
They said that they love me a lot.
I just want to be like them.
Why are they always saying, "don't"?
At night I say prayer
I talk to daddy God.
He is really patient with me
And never said to me "don't
