This poem was written 2 days before my grandpa passed. he wanted to die around his family but that didn't happen. It was 5 days before Christmas. and well it was hard to look at this poem. tears are still streaming since 12-20-2007. I love you papaw Albert Riggle.

My Future Angel

© Brittany Greene
The time will come when
you need to go home,
I'll be okay because you'll be
my future angel

Watching me from heavens floor
helping me though life
with memories coming to mind
about all the good times.

Thought pain was rough
I know when you take that
trip to heaven you'll be
my future angel.

You've made life happy for me
making me smile when I want to cry
you've lived life well
so I'm happy anyways

so I'll say that you an amazing
grandpa to have
your like a best friend and
my future angel.
