Nothin Like A Fifth Grade Crush

There's nothin like a fifth grade crush.
When you see that girl it's such a rush.

She's playin hop-scotch with her two best friends
Her hair flowin so wild in the crisp autumn wind.

She is like an angel in your eye
Wherever she walks the sun will shine.

Her beauty is that of the most pleasant flower
Just to have one minute with her shall seem like a hour.

So go talk to her you coward,
is what you say in your mind, but all you can do is just rub your eyes.

This girl you see has got you in a trance
Your head all caught up in this puppy love romance.

So who knows just go and give it a chance.
You never know what she might think of you so just walk up to her and play it cool.

But all you can feel is the sweat dripping from your hands,
your getting all nervous, your doomed!
You have no plan!

So as you gather your courage and your chest begins to swell,
Ring! Ring! Ring!
Thank you Jesus for they have rang the bell.

When I was in 5th grade, I had a HUGE crush on this one boy. He was just so smart, funny, and athletic, you know. I'm in 6th grade now, and I think he likes me. But I really don't want to tell him because we're both kind of shy. Besides, my parents say I'm too young to be going on dates and stuff, and I agree (a lot of the girls in my grade already have "boyfriends"). So maybe I''ll tell him later, like when I'm in Middle School.

Wow! Right on the spot! I'm in 5th grade and I joined a new school this year. The first day I walked in and there she was sitting so perfectly in her seat. For a while I was in all her classes but then I advanced and I was so sad. So I'm writing this to tell whoever wrote this, They hit the scenario right on the nail. Hope she likes back *crossing fingers*.

Hi this makes me think of me because I have this crush on this boy (Colton) ya I'm in fifth grade, but anyway Colton sits right across from me and well I think he has a crush on me! Because ya know he just talks that way, he even said "no girls like me" and I said "I do" and he said "well ya but not like like" and he said it in a desperate way, but in my head I was saying "I LIKE YOU I LIKE LIKE YOU!" but I was to shy to say it, but now I think I will go for it!

This poem made my remember my 7th grade crushes.... I was torn between two boys I really liked a lot and both liked me but they both wanted me to decide on one of them, I was unable to make a decision on that so I didn't go out or kiss neither one. Now I'm 20 and now on whom I should have decided...

When I was in the fifth grade everything to everyone was a huge joke. Boys played pranks in the bathroom, girls fought in the bathroom. In fact that was where my first fight was. I lost.
I miss those good old days. Well now I'm 14 and in the 8th grade. And I think I have this boy who likes me who talked to me for the first time today, it sounded like he was choking on his words. But I'm not sure.

Aw, that brings back painful memories...
of, like, last week. Yes, I'm in fifth grade, and fifth grade crushes are the saddest things ever.
Yes, last year it was so much easier. I liked him, he liked me, but I didn't want to date him because I mean come on we were in fourth grade!
But now I'd be fine with going out, but he's moved on, I haven't, it's a big, complicated mess.
Mmmhmm. Yeah, what ''wonderful'' memories!

This brought back the best memories ever. My fifth grade crush was two years ago and he's still with me today. Lucky me, I actually had the courage to tell him I like him. Even luckier, he liked me back. So thanks for posting this up. Brought back best memories in the world! =]
