Poem about Life Struggles
senseless acts
Vanities

It’s senseless.
The hand that rips the page of poetry.
The snake that chews the eye of the skull.
The flies that eat the carcass of the hare.
It’s all senseless.
The woman drains the chalice
And vomits blood.
The man ascends the mountain
And collapses in mud.
The boy who murders his parents
Sees them every night by his bed.
It’s senseless, all senseless.
The hand that rips the page of poetry.
The snake that chews the eye of the skull.
The flies that eat the carcass of the hare.
It’s all senseless.
The woman drains the chalice
And vomits blood.
The man ascends the mountain
And collapses in mud.
The boy who murders his parents
Sees them every night by his bed.
It’s senseless, all senseless.
