Children Poem

A mother waxes poetic of the joy her children bring to her life.

Children

© Shannan J. Suggs

My children bring wholeness to my life
It makes me happy having them in my life
They fill my heart with joy each and every day
They make me smile when I'm filling gray
They stand beside me holding my hand
My children will me to the very end
So I stand here tonight, and I have to say.
The love in my heart will always remain.
