Father Poem

To all of us growing up without a father. He is somewhere out there and might come in spirit when we call.

Remember
What it was like
when you held your daddy tight
You felt the love and the care
don't forget he's always there
between the miles and the tears
Daddy will always be there
To help you when you need him most
To help you when you think you don't
So call on him
In the darkest night
daddy will be there to hold you tight
To help you through the pain and fear
of growing up
and going out into the world
Dad can't make up for the past
But he can make the future last
So reach out
And follow through
Because Daddy is always there for you.
