Addiction Poetry Quotes

When a friend or family member makes a choice to become involved with drugs or alcohol they may not be fully informed of the possible ill effects. The definition of addiction is enslavement. In the beginning it's something you choose to do, eventually it becomes a need. It is difficult to see a loved one go down that road to nowhere, and it is difficult to know how and if you can help them. It is always the addict that must take the first step.
