My fiancée and I had brutal words with each other, and this is how I felt at the time. He said, "I don't want to go, but you have been giving me such a hard time." I thought he was going to leave. Thank god he didn't.
Please Don't Leave

My words were not that of a kind person
Hurtful words that should have never entered my mind
But they did, and they can be erased in time
Just watch you'll see
I'll try harder, it’ll get better
I promise I will be better
I'll smile every time I see you
There has got to be something that I can do or say
Something that will make you want to stay
Don’t leave me alone, not like this
I only just found you, my only one
We can’t possibly be over and done
Please, tell me I'm still in your heart
Let me show you that I can appreciate you more
Everyday, more than the day before
PLEASE, I LOVE YOU!
And he turned with glazed eyes
"I love you too"
