Didn't know who I was until I was snapped into reality with harsh and blinded truth
Lover Of Mine
©
Annesta Brotherson
For a long time I didn't know who I was until I met this man,
he brought drive into my life,
love, substance and understanding.
We became friends,
and I enjoyed his company
until I started seeing qualities of a man I loved.
We shared each other worlds
and he was not like any other man I have ever been met.
I have had friends but he is so exceptional.
Yet I am afraid cause I feel like he knows me inside out
the good the bad and yet he is still my heart, soul and everything.
I love him unconditionally, yet I am different now,
a few days away from him and I got the thinking ,
I do love him
but I am not ready to be in love with anyone at this point in time,
I have other things on my mind.
