I wrote this poem to dedicate it to my best friend/little sister. She had loved this guy for half a year and he asked her out on Valentine's Day. I love writing poetry and have been writing it for a very long time. I am very self confident but express myself this way.

I cant believe it,
the day is finally here,
your dream has come true
and I'm so happy for you.
I'm so glad I was there,
to see how it went, you started to blush
and didn't know what to say.
He took you a rose
and a box of chocolates,
oh, how brave was he
and oh so sweet.
you don't have to worry,
you don't have to wait,
the waiting is over
and all on
