He published three books in his native language of Romanian. The North American Romanian Press Association awarded Vinny Vintila the Journalist of the Year title in 2013 for the best Interview of the Year. He also was the winner of the International Festival of Romanian Aphorists in 2019 by Romania Foundation Pelin. He continues to publish articles for Romanian newspapers, as well as writing poems and aphorisms in Romanian and English languages. He recently discovered Family Friends Poems, where he started posting his poetry, which has proved to be a rewarding experience!
