Another lovely poem by you. Keep writing - I am very much enjoying your work.
Best wishes, Ann.
I really enjoyed this, Susan. I was smiling more and more as I read through it. As a fellow contributor to Family Friends I shall look up your other poems and keep an eye out for more in the future. Best wishes, Ann.
Oh, man! This really got to me. I'm only seventeen and I have my first boyfriend, I feel like one day I'm going to be saying the same thing. I feel like I'm not good enough but, I've asked him if I should change anything about myself and he always says "NO, you are my perfect little baby!!" Should I take his words? Or should I just change?
Ha! Now you're just flattering me ;) Truly it means a GREAT deal to me to hear that, Ann. More than you know...
Looking forward to your next masterpiece.
Best,
Doug.
Definitely deserving as the winning poem this month! Congrats Richard!! While I'll never be able to relate on your vocabulary level, I can certainly join the ranks of the well-described gullible guys in this poem! Thanks for the fun read...
Best,
Doug

Richard is a wonderful writer, he is deep and truthful with humor.
I congratulate him on his writing.
Thank you, Donna, for your well wishes. Your kind comment is also very much appreciated.
Best wishes,
Cynthia
What a clever, inspired and well written poem. I have an on-again, off-again relationship with Bad Habit. I know he's no good for me but the flesh is weak lol.
Doug, you are such a gifted writer and I am loving every one of your poems. I'm so glad you found your way to FFP.
Best wishes,
Cynthia
W-w-wow. This is sad. I am so sorry. I will devote my life to preventing this for anyone else. It is a really good but sad poem though :-} and :^(
I'm a teenager, and this is probably what my grandparents think when I help them.
