Raising Children
I sit and wonder where time goes
we try our best to teach them right,
as times change and our children grow,
We love them with all our might....
I sit and wonder where time goes

We love them with all our might....
I plan to share this with young mothers in a Mother and Daughter Retreat. Thank you a poem that teaches so much.

The Love I Felt when I brought you home,
was more than imagined, more than I've ever known.
I Gave you life, You gave us joy
We couldn't help wonder if you were a Girl or a Boy....
One day I came into your life,
as an empty little page;
On which your every word, or action,
Will forever be engraved ....

Since the day I gave birth to them
I see them
they're part of my binding soul
that throughout my blood...

To my child,
May you never be afraid to fly.
May you always keep the innocence that you hold at this young age.
When you are out on a branch and you feel it shake, have faith that it will steady itself again....
This vase may be quite tiny,
but its importance is monumental and grand!...

I have four of the best,
The best of four.
Three girls and one boy whom I could not love more.
On the day you were born,
As you grow up, the view will start to change.
The embrace of the first morning's light,
Running for hours beneath the blue.
All of it seems to be there just for you.
I love the allegory and the almost sadness of it, until you see that there's hope. The life cycle is harsh, but it gives you hope and beauty. Thank you!
A child's love is so sweet,
A child's love cannot be beat.
The way they look you in the eye,...
