    A presence haunting with a touch you could feel.

    I wrote this poem after surviving 20 years is an absolutely abusive marriage. Losing myself and my happiness was my fear.

    This poem is about the time I was abused by my older brother. He was controlling and he isolated me so I didn't have any support from the outside world. I felt alone and broken.

  4. 44. Make It Stop

    I am a Survivor of child abuse and near drowning accident. I have special needs and have a PTSD Seizure response service dog. I want to become a non-fiction writer and poet. I am currently in school to get my associate's in English.
