Lord, I pray
Each and every day
For those who suffer from
Grief and pain.

Those who don't know you
And do wrong things
Those who lie, steal, and kill.
Lord, I pray each and every day.

Lord, I pray
Each and every day
For the homeless and starving,
Those whose parents abuse them
And their skin looks like a carving.

Lord, I pray
Each and every day.
Help all these people.
Cleanse their hearts and
Let them start over with a new start.
