Goodbye Love Poem

Since I have met you I've
become more like me,
Because of you I'm the way
I'm supposed to be.

There was a special bond between us
I never could explain,
But with our friendship we
never, ever had to strain.

But now our times are changing
our lives are rearranging,
Me and you just don't go to together
like we used to.

So you may not understand it
but it's time for something new,
And now I think I'm ready
to say goodbye to you.
