Poem about Spirituality

I dedicate this poem to people out there somewhere in the world who think there is nota solution to their feeling of emptiness or loneliness. Remember, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel........

Divine Intervention

© Pearl Millers

Walking down the street,
My mind is in an oblivion.
I don't know what I'm thinking.
I'm in a state of confusion,
And I have mixed feelings about nothing.
But all the same,
I have to do something with my life.
To me, there's no hope'
And no hand to hold on to.
I feel like giving up now.
But then, I remember the Good Old Book,
"Come to Me all you who labor...."
"....able to do exceedingly abundantly...."
It's then that I realize that,
All hope is not lost,
Because all I ever needed, is
Divine Intervention....
