My Foolish Dog

there once was a dog named fog
that always ate like a hog
and fell down a well
and started to yell
and started to jump and jog

I had to write a copy cat poem for my Creative Writing class in college. I found this one and loved it, and knew immediately what to write about! I wrote this:

My Droolish Dog
My dog is not hip
Oh, the drool from her lip,
It’s long and slimy, eew the drip!
She isn’t cool
When she lays by the pool,
Just a lug with oh so much drool!

My Pretty little doggie,
Is a silly little thing.
She runs up and down the house,
Till she crashes into the sink.

She's hyper alright,
She destroys and tears every thing apart.
But no matter how much of a handful she is,
She'll always be in my heart.

There once was a guy who was short
That no one wanted to court
He put on some heels
And all he could feel
Was the silliness of the plan to abort.

My dog my dog
His name is lucky
But his teeth are so big
We call him bucky
His tail is short
And his belly is big
He looks like my cousin
Who wears a wig
Although he is not that smart
He'll always be in my heart.
