Dear Ann, I love the story about you and your husband. I can definitely relate. It is a beautiful poem about two people complementing each other, even though they have different interests. I am so sorry for your loss. continue writing. I do believe writing can soothe the soul. From across the ocean I am wishing you the best. Susan.

Dear Ann, Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. This is my first time responding to anyone, as I am rather new at this. I know my work is rather elementary, but I am having fun with it. It gives me a warm feeling knowing that someone sees the humor or gets a chuckle out of these simple pieces. From across the ocean I wish you the best. With sincere thanks, Susan

My dad passed away when I was 10. So i know what you are going through. When a loved one passes away it's always the hardest. But, I've learned that you always need to keep your head up. You never know what can happen to you next. So, keep smiling and having a good day. :)
