I'm afraid to tell you
tell you how I feel
because if you reject me
I'll regret keeping it real,
I'm afraid that you just might be the one,
but I'm glad I'm finally telling someone.

The love for you I can no longer hide
sometimes I die to tell you, but it never comes out
that I think I'm in love with you
but can't express how,
Our friendship I cherish too much
to explain to you the entire fuss.

A inner war that I'm going through right now
sadly is because I'm afraid of denial.

Not letting you know how I feel
sometimes is a mistake
but is that the risk I'm willing to take?
