Be kind and caring in all that you do
Because no one knows what another goes through.
Be kind and caring in all that you say.
If you can't be kind, sit down and pray.
Be kind and caring in all that you preach.
Others are not always within your reach.
Be kind and caring and make it last.
Forgive everything that is in your past.
Be kind and caring today and tomorrow.
Be kind and caring and eliminate sorrow.
If you can't sleep and things are getting tough,
Just say enough is enough.
Protect yourself from all that's bad.
Always look for happy, not sad.
Lift the spirits of all mankind.
Count your blessings, and always be kind.
