I'm saying sorry first.
I'm saying sorry last.
I'm saying sorry for the future,
but mainly for the past.

I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you,
and I'm sorry for not listening
when you needed it the most.
You were right, and you had the right to be mad.

I'm sorry that you felt the need to apologize,
and I'm sorry that you were hurt.
I'm sorry that I can only see the good
and always try to avoid the bad.

I'm saying sorry for all my mistakes.
I'm saying sorry for being blinded,
blinded by the perfect thought of you and me,
when really we don't have a chance.

I'm the stupid one.
I let you down, and I feel it deep within me.
We both made some errors and said something wrong, but that's how life is.

Nobody's perfect,
not even me and you,
so I'm sorry for that took
and I'm sorry for everything but ...

Please forgive me.
We can change things back to normal.
I'm sorry if this is not what you want,
But it's the only thing I can think of.

So my friend got this poem texted to her from her boyfriend. He told her he had been working on it for a month. Me being curious, I Googled it...yeah. Now she's at fault because she called him out on bs. Boys are stupid. But it is a great poem. And I am glad it can help a relationship, but guys take it from this situation... don't say you wrote it because if you have screwed up before we do look things up!

Thanks for this I hope it helps my problem because my girlfriend walked all over my feelings. I told her and she turned it around and made people think it is my fault she feels bad.

my girlfriend split up with me because of a few words I said then I found this poem and sent it to her after she read it she phoned me and was sorry for everything and now we are happier then ever :) thank you so much

Hi. I just want to ask you if I could use these lyrics for a song that I could produce. I'd give you credit for writing it and everything. I mainly ask this because this poem really touched my and I want to make it into music. If no, I don't mind. But I hope you make it somewhere in poetry. You have real talent. :)

This poem made me think of some one I wish I could try to forget, but I realized that when some one tries to push away their problem it destroys them inside, your poem is amazing
