Not Being Able To Speak Out About My Depression

The story behind this poem is that I feel like sometimes I can't find a voice to tell people how much pain I am experiencing mentally. And the only way I can think to do that is through writing.

I feel like there is nowhere to go.
I feel like I can't get out.
I feel like there is no one I can show.
I feel like I can't shout.

I feel like just giving up.
I feel like I am worthless.
I feel like I am never enough.
I feel like I don't have a purpose.

I feel like I am locked in a box.
I feel like there is no key.
I feel like I am always in shock.
I feel like no one can hear my plea.
