Grandmother Poem

True love has no boundaries. It crosses mountains and valleys and to heaven and down to earth.

Good Bye

© Kayla M. DePasquale

I know this day will come
Where I will have to say Good Bye
I sometimes wish it will never come
But you have to let go and say always
be in my heart with love till I die

If you may knock on the door before I
Please say Good Bye my sunshine and
I will always love you in a
matter of mind

For if I may see the light before
I wrote this a day ahead to let
you know how much you mean
So please read and understand
before you let go of my hand

Thank you for your help
When I was sad
And need of a smile
Cause I was mad
For all the people you are
around your spirit stays
in there heart
The unloved canít forget your beautiful

Thank you for standing right beside me
and helping me through my troubles
Not leading me so I may follow or
walking in a back of me so I may not

But as we know nothing last forever
we have to say Goodbye

So I appreciate the leadership and I
will never forget the memories of
friendship that we have
I will always love you and remember
your caring love

The one thing that will hurt me and
stay till the day I pass is to say
Good Bye
Donít worry Iíll open the gate to heaven
and see your smile once again

Always remember a Good Bye is not

I love you Nana sunshine)
