Mother Child Poem

A concise poem from a mother to her child that says it all.

My Child

© Heather J. McDaniel
My child need not shed a tear
My child you have nothing to fear
My child I am always near
My child is my darling dear
My child only has love to give
My child only knows how to forgive
My child never fusses or puts up a fight
My child loves me with all of her might
My child does the best she can do
My child my love for you is true
