  • TALK TO JESUS

Inspired by the fact 5hat children simply talk to Jesus and so we should as adults.
Talk to our Heavenly Father about everything and anything that's important in our lives.
He loves us beyond our comprehension, far greater than a sermon can preach, greater than a measured.
    He simply loves us.
    So talk to him.

    Raise your hands
    In your quiet place
    Close your eyes
    You'll see his precious face

  • THE ANGELS

I am privileged to volunteer in a local Nursing Hone.
During the last few months I've come to feel a part of the community.
Sharing in the sorrow and the joy of the residents.
This poem was written on my heart as prayed with a dear resident who was passing.
She was unsettled and very anxious looking.
Whilst I sat with her she looked at me a pulled her arm from under the covers and held my hand.
Hence the prayers and reassurance, I literally watched peace wash over her.
    What a beautiful woman.

  • MY JESUS

I was deeply inspired by a Television program called Touched by an angle.
It's simple beautiful message, lifted my soul in each episode.
The honesty and strong message that God lives each of us so much and deeply.

  • AWAkKEN

I'm feeling very much like asking to see a contact for the new year before I sign up, you know check terms and conditions .
If I don't like the look of what's to come I'm not singing up, if only we could review the steps that lay ahead of us before we lay a foot down.
God has plans for us, though we don't understand what they could possibly be.?
Haven't we done our bit , isn't enough enough?
God reminds us constantly to not be afraid he is with us.

  • THE FIRST BORN

A very humble beginning by an innocent infant , laying in his mothers loving arms.
A scene we know so very well, it's celebrated in song and story around the world.
Shepherds were summoned to follow a star, towards Bethlehem .

We all face challenges in our lives that have overwhelmed us.
It's almost built in to our human minds to take on the dramas and stresses ourselves.
Our first port of call us Jesus, our own strengths fail without Him.
