With a listening heart
Every heartfelt prayer
To our sovereign king
Love is open to declair

He hears every crying word
He wipes away the tears
Gods knows every prayer
He knows our every fear

Our frail faith is like a seed ,
Plant it in his mission  field
Hold his guiding hand child
Against the enemy He will wield

His grace ,his love his truth
A passion of a farthers heart
He tore the veil apart 
We're under his wings rampart

Cry out on bending knees
He'll hear your every prayer
Lift your hands unto him child
Nothing else compares

Looking in the mirror
To see what's going on
Peering around the corner
For things a heart so longs

My faith needs your assurance
Jesus take my hand
My faith becomes so weak
In the depths of the sand

Like the many grains
Are the trouble of my life
Looking in the mirror Jesus
Your voice is the sweeteners of the fife

Tears streak your child's face
Looking in the mirror
You gently wipe them away
Your love is ever nearer

Dear Lord Jesus
I'm looking in the mirror
You've taken my trembling hand Lord
Jesus your love is ever nearer

When my faith is weak
You are my strong hold
You are with me Lord
In your teachings it's told

I'm with you always
Dear child of mine
The enemy will fall
For my love is divine

Pray dear child
For thousands are taught
In a silent place
My face is sought

My words are on pages
Sung in joyful voice
Lift your heart child
In deep love rejoice

My wings are your rampart
The enemy will fall
Up hold your faith child
Rejoice in my call

For thousands are praying
The truth and the light
Will never be diminished
In my precious sight
