Go and see
The angels said
The saviour King
In a manger bed
Cradled him
In Swaddling clothes
A virgin mother
Her saviour chose
Shepherds worshiped
This precious sight
Angels sang hallelujah
Into the night
Hosanna in the highest
He is born to save
His begotten son
The good Lord gave
A humble birth
A royal King
Lion and the lamb
He's everything.

They came to that place
Together they shared
In the days that followed
They loved and they cared

A mighty wind blew
Tongues of flames leapt
In each one's human heart
The Holy Spirit kept

A place to share a great love
Of the lord their God
Each and every way
Jesus has surely trod

They spoke in tongues
And each one rejoiced
In His mighty name
Hallelujah in His voice

Of theLord their God
Hearts spirit spilled
That moved in that place
God's promises fulfilled

My dear the angels are here
They want to take you home
To Jesus loving arms
You'll never be alone

They make the best cup of tea
Not to strong or hot
They'll play Irish music
They'll love you such a lot

Jesus will be gracious to you
He'll help you find your peace
There's no need to fear
You'll find your sweet release

You're done all you had to do
Loved and cared and knew
Crocheting lovely squares for rugs
It's in your heart to do

My dearest darling girl
It's time for you to go
Be in Jesus loving arms
He'll be all a glow

To have you in his loving arms
In his calm embrace
Look up dear darling girl
Into his precious face

Remember our precious loved ones
Always in our prayers
They've been taken home with him
Where nothing else compares

All my sins and failures
You love me just the same
Though my heart
Tends to feel the blame

The reason for the resurrection
Is to forgive my sinful soul
It's written in the scriptures
It's in the ancient scrolls

Your love for me is eternal
More than I can understand
Lord you always lead me
Towards your outstretched hand

You said you are the truth and light
The answer to my prayers
Lord Jesus you are all I need
Nothing else compares

Lift me up and raise me to you
I'm a sinner this I know
Your word is the light
In your love my faith will grow

It's a feeling
That brings certainty
It's the knowing
For all eternity

It's not held in the human hand
Nor seen with the human eye
It's a deeper knowing
Like a rainbow in the sky

Like a mustard seed
Our faith grows in Him
Sung unto the Lord
In a lovely hymn

A tiny mustard seed
Nurtured by love and grace
Looking deeper for the Lord
Seeking His perfect face

Faith in every day
In every living breath
Lasting your lifetime
Until your earthy death

Pray man's faithfulness
Shines the glory of God
Our reward lays beyond
Earthly steps to be trod

Take a hand
Hold it near
Wipe away
The things we fear

Gently say
The whispered prayer
Caress the tear-streaked face
And gently care

A gentle touch
A promise to keep
Lay your head
Your soul to keep

Close your eyes
Seek his face
Waiting in heaven
For his embrace

The kindness
In a hand to touch
A moment in time
That means so much

Be the one
To say goodbye
Safe journey dear
In the heavenly sky

The last super
The veil is torn
Death was arrested
And my life was born

Freed from my sin
When he raised the cup
Remember him always
When you share in the sup

Appeared was he
To those whom he loved
Tell all the nations
The lamb is beloved

Prophecy fulfilled
Now it is done
Jesus assended
He is the one

The great I am
The lion and lamb
Blessed all decebdants
Of Abraham

Never the ending
Of what's to be told
Grow in your faith
The great atone has rolled

We've been given the greatest gift,
The most precious, wonderful promise ever made.
It's about the resurrection.
This truth will never fade.

His gift is for all eternity,
Not just a moment in time.
He's given us a mind-boggling gift.
He was innocent of His crime.

Released from the burden of our sin,
The veil was torn to free.
A promise delivered as the prophecies told.
The ancient ones could see.

Nothing can separate,
No man-made intervention.
We are saved from our mortal sin
By the power of the resurrection.

He came and walked with us
With twelve friends he taught and prayed.
Three years of dedicated ministry,
In His blood our debt is paid.

Amen

Three wise men followed
Yonder star that starry night
Shepherds watched their flocks
Angles sang with delight

Laying in a manger
In swaddling cloth was wrapped
His mother gazed into His face
Whilst her baby napped

Born in a filthy cattle shed
Cattle gently lowing
Yonder star light lit the scene
The world was not yet knowing

Gifts brought to adorn
Frankincense, myrrh and gold
Began the very essence
Of the greatest story ever told

Unfurled His life would be
At His Father's plan
Opening the world to truth
For His endless love of man

He came to work amongst us
Born from the nativity
He gave the greatest gift
His life for eternity

You're not here
For me to see
My heart longs for
The day to be

In your arms
Nothing harms
No tears fall
Your voice will call

Sun setting skies
Seagulls cries
You take my hand
In the soft cool sand

Always with me
My heart can see
The voice in my heart
Says you're with me
