The Scarecrow
in Hope Poems
I am the husk in the storm,
A scarecrow all tattered and torn,
My fields lie barren, all forlorn,
Yet I still stand, even in the storm.

in Change Poems
I remember moments by the creek,
Oh, it was so long ago.
We were so young then,
How we'd jump and play,
A great poem and I absolutely love the last line. It reminds me of my poem 'Endless Summer', we obviously have similar memories. Very best wishes, Ann.
in Regret Poems
I'm stranded in this moment of borrowed time
As I weep for the moments that have passed on by
Each tear a moment in the river of life
I think you will find that there are many people who relate to this poem. I know that I do for one. Very best wishes, Ann.
