Mankind, so smart, sometimes blind
Leaves common sense far behind.
We're moving fast and living large,
Forgetting Mother Nature's in charge.
True friends will care
About you forever.
True friends want to be with you
On every endeavor.
I wish I knew what has become
Of the two of us.
We used to laugh,
Now all I want to do is cry.
You are my best friend,
You belong in my heart.
We go through ups and downs,
But still nothing can tear us apart.
