We work no long hours
nor keep track of the time,
We are living in the moment
with each one by our sides.

We stroll down the sidewalks,
Speak to others we meet,
Share a smile and a nod,
To sad faces we greet.

We enjoy the present,
we're not falling behind,
We are living in the moment,
As time's slipping by.

We travel among strangers,
We meet folks we don't know,
We chat, and we laugh,
As we happily go.

We dwell on no troubles,
No worries or fears,
Our laughter is joyful,
We shed but few tears.

We have hope for our dreams,
And faith in our souls,
We grab on to the high fives,
No time for the down lows.

We don't hurry the future,
Nor hold on to what's passed,
For we are living in the moment,
As the time wizzes past.

God is our reason
Our comfort and peace,
We seek his opinion,
We are following his lead.

We'll trod the right pathway,
God's approval we'll seek
We'll walk with him always,
With our pace at high speed.

A second will come,
A Minute will leave,
We are not even aware
Of the time in between.

Soon, one day, we will say,
It was a beautiful, sweet ride,
Because we are living in the moment,
With each one side by side.

Willis the cowpoke rode into town
On his Old Jugs, just horsing around.
Down highway 26 he rode Old Jugs
To the local saloon for a few chug-a-lugs.

Tying to a flag pole, Old Jugs he did hitch.
Into the saloon, a thirst he did quench.
An officer steps up and warns with a frown,
"Get on your horse and ride out of town!"

The sheriff is coming not far behind.
Old Jugs to the shelter and Willis a fine,
So Willis, he jumps on Old Jugs and replies,
“Not my horse to the shelter, you will not take.
I'll ride him on home; no law will I break."

The sheriff steps up and says to dismount.
A test of sobriety we must have the count.
The charge was drunk driving while riding on Jugs.
A steep fine to pay for a few chug-a-lugs.

A riled up Willis spent the night in the tank
To pay for a charge he claimed not to make.
Down to the courthouse he'll saddle up and ride
To face his accusers with Old Jugs by his side.

But we all know when it's all said and done,
He'll saddle Old Jugs and ride into town for
       
A few chug-a-lugs.

I have a feeling deep in my heart.
It feels like the fire of a flame.
It feels of an aching caught inside,
The quick, sharp hurting of pain.

It's a hard lump no tears can touch.
I feel like I'm falling apart.
It feels so large and growing each day
'Cause I tucked you inside my heart.

It's a feeling of jumping,
A feeling of jiggling
A feeling of wanting to stay,
A feeling of turning and tossing inside,
A feeling that won't go away.

It feels like a flutter.
It feels like a feather.
Now it moves slowly like the
Feeling of a breeze.

A quietness of sleeping,
There's resting and calm.
It's the feeling of love, never to part,
'Cause I tucked you inside my heart.
