I cannot believe someone like me
could be with someone so sweet.
Your love is grand.
I want to hold your hand
and let our love guide the way
through the dark nights
and stormy seas,
through sunny days
and swarms of honey bees,
through clouds of darkness
and oceans of blue.
Can't you see?
I want to be with you.
Not just on Valentine's day,
but until time is left to float away.
