I look up to you,
and I see a ray of sunshine shining in on me.
I knew God sent me one of his angels
when he sent you to me.

We learn from our mistakes,
from the wrong turns we take,
from the fake friends we make,
and from the times we almost break.
I would hold your hand
every minute of every day,
but I won't because I know
you need to find your own way.
We all need to care.
Give love and friendship too!
It's amazing what you'll get
when your kindness shows through.
If you feel there's nothing else to do,
if you think no one's here for you,
turn your head and look at me,
