Cheers To Love
The world must become a much better place
Where more people dwell with a smile on their face
Living together in kinship and peace
A world full of hope where joys never cease.
The world must become a much better place
Where more people dwell with a smile on their face
Living together in kinship and peace
A world full of hope where joys never cease.
It's time to embrace every culture,
One flock, one shepherd, one fold
Whatever our race, hue or faith
We're all made from the same mould.
in Dying Poems
When dementia creeps in through the back door,
Loving is needed, like never before...
An expressionless face, an empty heart,
Teachers proudly stand in front of the class
With knowledge and influence en masse,
Igniting a flame in curious minds
Proficiently as the lessons unwind.
God will paint rainbows in the sky
Once again for the world and I.
Signs that will tell us all is well,
Freedom from this grim living hell.
Dear Dinah,
I can't thank you enough. Your kind words have touched my heart. It's so nice to know the poets are being heard and read all over the world, that people like you are inspired by...

I love "I Love You" by Ella Wheeler Wilcox. She tells it as it is when young hearts are lit with hearts on fire in the midst of desire. Love is meant to be happy and carefree. Heaven knows in the world there's too much misery. Live and love, love and live. Memories are made of this.
A beautiful Acrostic poem, Cindy, in memory of your mother. I miss my mother, too. Not a day goes by when I don't think of her. She was amazing, as all mothers are. A mother holds your heart in her hands and when life gets you down, only a mother truly understands. Here or in heaven, your mother's your guide, for always and ever stood by your side.
Friends are everything you say in your Acrostic poem Brother John.
Flowers that we gather along life's highway,
are friends kept in memory's floral bouquet.
When you've a good friend you are never alone.
When you're in need, you can just pick up the phone.
