Swaying leaves on the trees,
warmer air, blooming flowers,
springs finally here.

Wouldn't the last line
springs finally here
actually be
spring's finally here
which could also be
spring is finally here
which would be 6 syllables
and it should be only 5 syllables.
Grammatical Error!
Actually 2 Grammatical Errors because the first line also has 6 syllables when it is only supposed to be 5 syllables. But, the second line is okay.

Your first line has 6 syllables, not 5.
