I Love You

Honestly, the first time I read this, I was deeply struck. This resembled the time when I was moving on from my crush and then I fell for another girl, who was my friend. I never knew I would fall for her, but alas, fate had this planned. It was also the time I suffered from emotional distress, and having someone to light up your day was really important. And I still have a crush on that girl. Reading this, I think I may now have a way to tell her what I feel.

The day I met you I realized my connection with you was deep and strong. Yet I was so afraid of losing you. I was scared that if I got too close to you I'd lose you. I wanted to make you a priority in my life. That's why I distanced myself. Six years of this deep sacred friendship, I now let go of my fear because I know there's no such thing as losing you. Your soul and mine are connected. I wait for the day I can say to the world that I married my best friend, my true love, my life. I love you so, so, so much. Being away from you is extremely hard, but I have faith that everything will be fine.

I love this poem. I want you to tell you that you are my best friend and the love of my life, my heart, my soul, the one I want to be with. Every day you are the one I want to cheer up. Through our hard life your arms are the one I want to comfort and support me. I love how when you and I work "WE" can do anything. You make me feel safe. I love you. I feel safer with you than my friends. I just never stop thinking about you. You are in my heart. It's never gonna change the way it is, but we know you can't fix all the problems but you won't let me face them on my own.

I never knew the man I fell in love with would be the man who would break my heart and make me sad, but at the beginning (just over a year ago), he made me laugh with tears of joy. We held hands wherever went and kissed like teenagers without a care in the world. Who would have guessed it wasn't meant to be? But I have no regrets, just a smile and oh well, he wasn't for me. I will never forget him. He will always be in my dreams.

:( This poem really touches me.This poem talks about the love I want to receive from my soul mate and the love that I want to give him.I have been dating since 2009 at a very tender age and I am 18 now, but I have never been in love.I have never met that someone who treats me like the queen that I should be treated like. I have never trusted anyone before. I am tired of searching for that special someone and I am tired of waiting .I am so jealous when I go out and see lovely couples enjoying themselves, anyway I am happy for everyone that is out there, that is in love.:)

Well I was very young when Richard asked me about my feelings for him but I actually knew what he meant of course "Do you love me ?" . I remembered that Valentine's Day was only three days ahead so I had to give him the answer very quickly. My decision was yes but you might want to know how I decided. It was a silly idea I thought "Richard and I had been together since nursery so why don't I give it a try?" But what I never knew was that my decision was right he was a devoted boyfriend till now but it was not forever

I met my husband in high school. We were best friends but he was a senior and I was a freshman. I was 15 he was 16. The age gap wasn't that big but our social classes were. I was band geek while he was a jock. After I noticed I was developing feelings for him I hid it. All I could think about my past. About Ben my Ex who committed suicide. I always thought dating or even liking Jason was disloyal to Ben. One day Jason and I was at the park. He told me his feelings and how he felt for all I could do was cry. My heart was so conflicted. I honestly prayed on it. I decided to let him in. Letting him in was probably the best thing I ever chosen because I honestly loved Jason. He had to go to college but we made things work. I'm 29 now and am happily married to him with our one child I decided to name Ben.

My boyfriend and I got together 09.05.14 and that day I thought was "The best day of my life". The came the day that I woke up and he simply wasn't there. I missed him dearly. He finally came back home approximately a week to two weeks after. It was like he had never left. Since I am only 15 we took things slow. The moment he kissed me it was like a shock went through my body and I knew then and there he was the one for me and I love him more than life itself. I love him because he's the age of a boy but he treats me like a "real" MAN would and I would not change the part of my life with him it for anything in the world.

There's a girl. She has been my crush for over 2 years now. So I started talking to her lately and always accompany her home. I thought it was going to be easy for us to get together in love but it's not. I told her I'm falling for her on Whatsapp. She told me she's got a boyfriend who she can never leave. She said she can't run the risk of being with a guy she doesn't love. I'm confused because she never told me how she feels about me. She just insisted we be friends.

OMG, this poem is so true, just ended a marriage of 19 yrs. I cry on the shoulders of my friend. We worked together, he was going true some issues too in his marriage, we have done lots of things together. Until one day I caught myself putting food in his mouth, since that day, I said to myself I have to put a stop to this, he was so respectful, he had never made a pass at me. I made up my mind and told him that I had feelings for him, that we could not be friends, little did I know he was feeling the same for me. Since that day we are still together. I'm in love.

It's like my very one-of-a-kind story to Me and my girlfriend because we are madly in love with each other because we have a VERY good relationship together that she had asked me that she wanted me to get engaged with her, I said/replied yes to her that I'm willing to marry sometime soon in my life whenever I get the big time to move out of my parents house, I'm going to move in with my beautiful girlfriend that I'm going to hold her close in my arms, then hold each other's hands, and then we'll kiss on the lips like we always do.

I was dating a girl for 7 years and I thought it had already turned into marriage. But to my surprise the girl was cheating on me. When I confronted her she denied it. I had to apologize for false allegation but then after some time I realized it was true. Whenever her phone rang she never wanted me to see the number, because then I would now know the guy. I confronted her again but this time I was angry and she finally admitted to it and now I have no choice but to break up with her.

I had this girl I would do anything for. we had been together for six months and one day she didn't show up for our date and the next day she dumped me for another guy. I was crushed but three weeks later I was alone on a bench in front of the library and this girl who had always had a crush on me came up and started talking about her ex being a douche and we got to talking and we just fell in love. We even carved our initials it the tree at the park! And I always wrote my girlfriends poetry and I sometimes search the web for inspiration and found this and I wrote it down a gave it to Elizabeth (the girl from the bench) and she started crying and kissed me on main street in front of everybody!!!! I love this poem and I love Elizabeth <3

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 3 years. We are both 18 now but 15 when we got together. We were messaging on an instant messager one day and he randomly sent me this poem. I have been looking for it to read it again and I finally found it. It is a very touching poem I cried when my boyfriend sent it to me and cried everytime I read it. I love this poem :)

hello :) xx I have been going out with this guy for 1 year and 2 weeks but he broke up with me due to sports or school reasons but then he went out with another girl after we broke up. This poem has touched me so much cause everything you just wrote on this poem is EXACTLY how I feel. I loved him with all my heart and its hard to let him go.. Thanks for your this poem cause now I know that there are many people out there that has the same feelings. I hope things goes well. I had this one boyfriend , everything was going so perfect until we broke up . I thought we was going to get back together but turns out we didn't. I still loved him and really wanted him back but everytime we talked he didn't seem to feel how I felt . We stopped talking for at least a week or so, and then when we did it felt like all the love he had for me was gone. Now I'm in a new relationship and all I can say is bad relationships happen so it can lead you into a much better one <3 .

I was a freshman in high school when I met a boy. It was at one of the home football games. he asked me for my number and if we could chill sometime. I gave him my number and said yes. I had never seen him around school. But when I told my friends they knew who he was. We hung out a few times. Then my best friend had her sweet 16 and he came. Things got a little crazy. One thing lead to another. He was my first everything. We had are ups and downs after that. When we fought all I could think of is are memories and it made me cry even more. Things never really worked out he couldn't make up his mind it was back and fourth and that's not what I wanted. So we stopped dating and just stayed friends. But I will always no matter what still love him.

I have had likeness for one of my guy friends for years, we would do stuff together an one day he kissed me an I literally melted because I wanted to do that for a long time. Now that I've seen this poem it makes me remember that moment and it's been one year now that we're together and I love him dearly!!!

For ages I have had a thing for my best friend's sister, but, she was going out with someone else. Luckily she dumped him and decided to move on. I took this time to think it through and eventually asked her out. My home life made things difficult and so there were times when things looked as if they weren't going to work for us. She has a negative opinion of herself and so that made things harder. There are times when we're together alone that we find it best but others it looks doubtful. When I thought things couldn't get worse they did. We had a bit of an argument and I knew that I had to do something quickly for the relationship to work. I had gotten poems off the web before to express the way that I felt about her and so I thought that that approach worked and so I should try it again. When I read this poem I felt like these words were just like what had happened to me and I wanted to let her know. Whilst I am writing this I don't know whether it'll work but I hope that it does.
