I understand how you feel. My fiance is in jail right now and he has been locked up since last year this time. He has been sentenced on one charge but he is still running to court for his other charge. If he beats this other case, then he will be home next Dec. I am just praying every night hoping that he beats this case so he can come home.

my boyfriend went to jail and I miss him so much I can only go and see him 1 day a week and it hurts when I cant see or talk to him hopefully he gets out soon I miss him soo much I want to write to him so he knows my feelings I also have depression and having him gone and away from me is a living hell

This poem truly touched me!! My boyfriend has been down for 19 months and everyday is so hard without him!! Next Friday (3-6-09) will be our 5 year anniversary and it's going to be hard. He hasn't been sentenced yet, but I know he's looking at several years. I hope to have him home soon.

this poem really touched me I know exactly how you feel my boyfriend has been gone for 9 months and he graduates boot camp on the 19th...I just want to say thank you and stay strong...its inspiration like this that gets US WOMEN thru holing our men down

My fiance has now done 19 months, when he went to jail I had found out that I was pregnant. Life has been a struggle without him. We have about 8 more months to go until the three of us are finally together. The words in the poem are like everything I always say to him. I will tell him how I found this poem. I am making a Valentine's Day card for him and will include the poem. Thank you

My wife is in basic training for the army which is normally the other way around. I really miss her and I came to this site looking for inspiration for a poem I am going to write and I found it through this poem thank you

Hi I loved this poem my baby is in jail and he has been for 8 months now. He got 5 years. He may come home in November next year. Every day is a challenge and I miss him so much it hurts. To all you girls out there stay strong take each day at a time

This is a really good poem. It is so real. My boyfriend is in jail. He has been in there for 1 year. He is getting out soon, and I am really excited. My best friends boyfriend is also in jail. She misses him too. I LOVE THIS POEM!!!!!
