Funny Poem for Kids

Funny Poem About Eating A Lot

My 6-year-old daughter, Kristy, wanted to write a poem about her brother, Ray III. He's 4 years old, and he really likes to eat. He's not a big boy, but he eats like a grown man. We had fun writing this poem together.

My Brother Can Eat

My brother can eat.
Hide your fruits,
Hide your snacks,
Hide all your treats.

It doesn't matter what it is.
Y'all don't understand.
The boy can eat.
Call him munchie man.

Rice and chicken,
Mac and cheese.
He's always in the kitchen
Saying, "More, please."

Just the other day,
He ate all Daddy's steak.
Just the other day,
He had three plates.

I guarantee if you see him, he will ask,
"What are we going to eat?"
I love my brother lots,
But the boy sure can eat.
